We had ordered mocha, oats cookie and a brownie cookie. While the cookies tasted warmand fresh, we somehow couldn't appreciate the mocha that had too much on undissolved powder floating in the beverage. Hence requested to exchange it with a regular cappuccino instead and found it to be good. The cafe is congested on the ground floor and has a decent seating capacity upstairs. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They've offered to remake the mocha when we didn't like it but we insisted on taking a cappuccino instead. We had also purchased their sourdough bread that was made out of wheat flour and it was soft and fluffy.

A great cup of coffee becomes an excellent one when served with such warmth . The staff here is very polite which enhances the entire experience.

I had a fantastic time at Blue Tokai (Nahar outlet) not just for the great coffee, but because of the amazing team that made the visit memorable. Special shout-out to Krutesh, Ashish, Jameer, and Abdul for their warm service, attention to detail, and genuinely positive energy. The ambiance was cozy, the coffee was perfect as always, and the crew made it even better. They were courteous, quick, and ensured everything was spot-on. Great team, great vibe. Highly recommend this location if you want your coffee served with a smile!

Visited one of my favourite cafe and honestly, it was such a warm and cozy experience. We had their Blue Tokai Coffee Pancakes and an Americano both were super delicious and comforting. What really made it special though were Utkarsha and Rohini — two of the sweetest people who served us with so much warmth. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back not just for the coffee but for the people too.

We (self & wife) have visited this outlet on a number of occasions. The food and coffee quality is excellent. Service has always been superb. Cleanliness is also to be complimented. Though a little expensive, one feels there is a value in what is being charged. Blue Tokai is surely one of the best coffee brand. Also, the food here is amazing. Must try Mushroom florentine pasta, Vietnamese cold brew, spanish latte, triochinno, chimichuri croissant. The vibe, the ambience, the food with sip of coffee makes your day perfect. Even the staff here is so friendly. Special shoutout to Manasi & Rohini who made us feel comfortable during our visit. Will surely visit again
